Merry & Bright Blogger Mash Up

Thursday, November 13, 2014 -

Dudes... I have been so excited to share this party with you guys! (I say "dude" a lot in real life). Did you know that as a people, bloggers tend to be procrastinators? That being said, there were a lot of late nights being spent putting this party together.

Last week, I was able to throw a Christmas party mash up with a few of my favorite bloggers. Mallory and Savannah from Classy Clutter, Rebecca from The Crafted Sparrow, Kristi and Kelli from Lolly Jane, Sunny from Dandelion Square, Rebecca from Simple As That and Brandy from BD Designs .

Figures. I HATE having my photo taken and I ended up in front. Left side: Kelly, Savannah, Sunny. Right Side: Me, Rebecca Lopez, Brandy. Rebecca Cooper is behind the lens.

We had a great time hosting this party! We were going for a vintage/ traditional vibe with a new modern twist. I think we accomplished just that. We had a traditional cocoa bar and what party would be complete without a yummy dessert table? This party is packed full of DIY projects that anyone can do. I can't wait to share all the details with you!  Over the next few weeks, my friends and myself will offer tutorials on everything that we did to create the perfect Christmas Party, including food, crafts, and decor. Scroll down for a sneak peak.

We have Rebecca from Simple as That to thank for the AMAZING photography and printables.

My good friend Brandy, from BD Design worked with the Lolly Jane girls to style our dessert table. I'll admit, I sometimes struggle with designing a scene, so I'm glad they took charge, but when it comes to food, there's no struggle. I'll be sharing my recipe for this Raspberry Brownie Trifle shortly.
